So I have been clicking happily away w/ my iPhones for years, collecting thousands of photos. Originally I never deleted these photos on import to iPhoto. So now my iPhone picture count is up in the thousands, I already have them downloaded to iPhoto and am now I running out of space on my device. I would just delete the photos from the phone via iPhoto, the one place I had that option, but I can not choose to delete these photos later via iPhoto (thats a problem).
Q.: So How do I Delete old photos from my iPhone?
A.: Simply my dear, open the Image Capture application in your OS X computer's applications folder. Connect your iPhone and simply delete the offending images from it.
