Modify/Edit/Delete iCal Calendars in OSX lion; name, colors, accounts, etc

The new iCal on OS X lion 10.7 does not offer a straightforward way to modify Calendars; colors, names, etc.. I specifically had extra calendars added and colander colors changed on updates involving iCloud. This is how I was able to update my iCal Calendars.

To Change the colors of a specific Calendar in iCal on OS X lion 10.7

  • Click the top right "Calendar" button.
  • Select the specific Calendar and get info. Press the COMMAND + i key.
    • or Right-Click the Calendar.
  • Select a new color from the dialog.

To Edit name or other info on a specific Calendar in iCal on OS X lion 10.7

  • Click the top right "Calendar" button.
  • Select the specific Calendar and get info. Press the COMMAND + i key.
    • or Right-Click the Calendar.
  • Edit the calendar via dialog.

    To Delete a specific Calendar in iCal on OS X lion 10.7

    • Click the top right "Calendar" button.
    • Right-Click the specific Calendar.
    • Select Delete.
